So what does that actually mean in real terms ?

For example, « Carré Neige Nordique » covers you in the event of:

Sickness during your stay
Accident while cross-country skiing or other « nordique » activity
You being immobilised as a result of an accident while cross country skiing, or doing other Nordic activities. « Carré Neige Nordique » will cover your repatriation.
